The Management Inc. began with a simple idea: to provide complete service to condominium associations. In the next few years since 2005 the company quickly advanced from a small private business staffed by a single person to business ran by a sophisticated team. Our company is still focused on providing outstanding property management service and a 100% customer satisfaction. We have developed a close relationship with all the tenants and landlords. All of our residents know us by our name and our faces. We provide everyone with our personal cell phone numbers and we can be reached 24/7 whenever needed to answer any questions or concerns. All members of our team are well trained, experienced, and knowledgeable with anything concerning property management, accounting, taxes and city/county regulations. We also have a strong construction background that helps us care well for the building (see what is wrong, why and what to do to fix it). We closely work with few professional handymen and several professional treads people to make sure that the building is well maintained and in great shape at all time.
